1. The studio fee of this virtual studio is set at NT$312,000 (US$10,400). If the user meets the requirements for the preferential price, the Agency will notify after review and approval. The data processing fee is NT$300 (US$10) per second for each character model.

2. Applicants for commercial shooting should pay 50% of the studio fee according to the payment method provided by the Agency within 5 working days before the pre-operation meeting. Only after the receipt of payment is confirmed and recorded by the Agency, can the applicant officially use the virtual studio’s photography system. After the official shooting, the operation unit will calculate the data processing fee according to the number of seconds of dynamic 3D model images specified by the user, and then notify the user to pay the fee accordingly. After the Agency confirms that the user has paid the balance payment (including 50% of the studio fee, data processing fee and overtime fee), the operation unit will notify the user to go to the virtual studio to retrieve the file.

3. If the user needs to reschedule the commercial shooting time due to personal reasons, he shall notify the operation unit by email or in writing 3 working days before the shooting date, and the operation unit will assist in rescheduling the date; the number of times is limited to 1. In case of violation of the agreement above or cancellation of shooting, 50% of the relevant fees already paid shall be deemed as liquidated damages, and the Agency will only return half of the amount above.

4. The actual time of use shall be subject to the arrangement of the operation unit after coordination; the period of use shall not be transferred to other units without permission.
