The operating unit will notify the applicant by phone or email within 3 working days after acceptance, and communicate and confirm necessary matters (rights and obligations and risk notification) such as the shooting discussion meeting time, test shooting time, official shooting time, studio fee and content of this Specification.

| Data processing fee | (1) A data processing fee of NT$300 (US$10) per second is charged for each character model (based on 30 FPS shooting). For other shooting specifications such as 24 FPS or 60 FPS, it will be charged in proportion to the fee above. The charging reference is as follows:

| Overtime fee | In principle, the service time is 9 hours per shift. If overtime occurs, the fee will be increased by NT$35,000 (US$1,170) per hour; time less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour, and the maximum overtime is 5 hours. | ||||||||
| Deductible item | The test fee of a case can be fully deducted from the commercial shooting fee of the same case. | ||||||||
| Payment deadline | (1) The security deposit and 50% of the studio fee shall be paid within 5 working days of the shooting discussion meeting. (2) After the official shooting, the operating unit will calculate the data processing fee according to the total number of seconds of the dynamic 3D models specified by the user, and notify the user to pay the fee. Before taking the 3D models, the user shall make the balance payment (including 50% of the studio fee, the data processing fee, and the overtime fee). |

Note: The "Specifications for the Use of Volumetric Capture System of IP Lab Studio" of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency must also be observed for commercial shooting.
